INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Click on the 'Install Remote Help' button above.
Step 2. Select 'Run' from the popup window that will appear
Step 3. A Security Warning should appear asking, Do you want to run this software. Click 'Run'
Step 4. Another window will appear displaying your Calibreone Remote Help ID. Please inform your CalibreOne Helpdesk engineer of this ID number.
Step 5. CalibreOne will now be able to remotely fix any issues with your computer. Sit back and watch us at work!
