Our emergency Team will be available in limited strength between these dates for any customer on a 24/7 support agreement. If you need our support we’ll be here for you, but we do ask you to consider the urgency and allow a little extra time as we try and give our team a break during the festive season.
If you want after hours support or support over the break you will need an active 24/7 agreement and your after-hours PIN code – so make sure you have it before the holidays start! Please check with your account manager if you’d like more information.
