Our Teams for IT and Telephony (Shoretel) support will return in only limited strength on 2 January with everyone back on board by 8th January. If you need our support we’ll be here for you, but we do ask you to consider the urgency and allow a little extra time as we try and give our guys a break during the festive season.

If you have an 24/7 support agreement, then our engineers will be available as normal but you will need your after hours PIN code so make sure you have it before the holidays start!
