Calibre One is a dynamic and rapidly growing Telstra Business & Enterprise Partner and Managed Service Provider. We have offices in Kent Town and Smithfield in SA as well as Darwin and Cairns. This role will be based out of our Darwin Office. We offer end-to-end Telecommunications, IT and Cloud Computing solutions and support. Due to strong business growth, we are seeking an experienced Frontline Technician.

You will work with a diverse client base across a number of industry sectors with a broad range of technologies.
In this role you will be required to perform the following functions:
- Provide onsite installation and technical fault support to our NT clients, including a wide variety of MFDs, PCs/Laptops, switches and other networking equipment.
- Liaise closely with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with a high degree of professionalism.
- Occasional travel to regional sites and afterhours work.
- May be required to assist the Help Desk team with remote & phone work.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience or relevant training in end user device support and networking.
- Excellent communications and time-management skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a larger team.
- Shoretel/VoIP experience a plus.
- Must possess a current valid Australian driver’s license.

$55-$65K. Salary will be based on experience.
