Calibre One are happy to announce the general availability of LiveChat through our website. LiveChat is a chat system integrated into our website where any of our customers can gain direct access to our helpdesk staff.
With chat systems becoming more and more common, we’ve created this offering to provide an additional option for you to contact Calibre One in a convenient and intuitive way.
To make use of the system simply access the Help Page on our website and click on the LiveChat popup, at the bottom right of the screen. You’ll be asked to provide your name and email address, and then you’ll be connected with an available technician.
If there is no technician online, you will have the option to leave a message through LiveChat:
There are no bots or outsourced call centres here – you’ll be reaching the same technicians who you’ve spoken to on the phone and who look after your systems on a daily basis.
Feel free to use this system to ask any questions or request support on any of the services Calibre One provide for your IT and telephony. If the issue turns out to be more complex than anticipated, the technician may arrange a phone call or follow up to ensure we can provide the quickest and most comprehensive service.
